Abstract[English]
A method for hot-shaping metal swarf or powder, the method comprises heating the metal swarf or powder to an intermediate temperature between the metal swarf or powder material hot forging temperature and above the beginning of the melting of said metal swarf or powder material or above the solidus temperature of said metal swarf or powder material, performing forging of said metal swarf or powder and cooling the resulting forged metal part, wherein the forging is performed at temperatures between 150 - 100 ºC below the solidus temperature, Ts, of the metal swarf or powder material and a 20% of liquid fraction of the metal swarf or powder material and wherein the forging is performed in a closed die tooling.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de formage à chaud de copeaux ou de poudre de métal, le procédé comprenant le chauffage du copeau ou de la poudre de métal jusqu'à une température intermédiaire entre la température de forgeage à chaud du matériau en copeaux ou en poudre de métal et au-dessus du début de la fusion dudit matériau en copeaux ou en poudre de métal ou au-dessus de la température de solidus dudit matériau en copeaux ou en poudre de métal, la réalisation d'un forgeage dudit copeau ou poudre de métal et le refroidissement de la pièce métallique forgée ainsi obtenue, le forgeage étant effectué à des températures comprises entre 150 et 100 °C au-dessous de la température de solidus, Ts, du matériau en copeaux ou en poudre de métal et un 20 % de fraction liquide du du matériau en copeaux ou en poudre de métal et le forgeage étant effectué dans un outillage à matrice fermée.
