Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides a method for determining the presence or quantity of antibody fragments in a sample by capturing said fragments on a line or zone comprising immobilized antibodies or binders specific to the antibody fragments The method may further comprise detecting whole antibody on a line comprising immobilized binders specific to the whole antibody. The immobilized binders specific to the antibody fragments may be immobilized on a test line of a test strip, and the immobilized binders specific to the whole antibodies may be immobilized on a control line of the test strip. The capturing of the antibody fragments results in generation of a first result, and the binding of the whole antibody results in generation of a second result. The method may determine total antibody concentration by aggregating measurements of antibody fragments and intact antibodies.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé de détermination de la présence ou de la quantité de fragments d'anticorps dans un échantillon par capture desdits fragments sur une ligne ou une zone comprenant des anticorps immobilisés ou des liants spécifiques aux fragments d'anticorps, le procédé pouvant en outre comprendre la détection d'un anticorps entier sur une ligne comprenant des liants immobilisés spécifiques à l'anticorps entier. Les liants immobilisés spécifiques aux fragments d'anticorps peuvent être immobilisés sur une ligne de test d'une bandelette réactive, et les liants immobilisés spécifiques aux anticorps entiers peuvent être immobilisés sur une ligne de contrôle de la bandelette réactive. La capture des fragments d'anticorps permet d'obtenir un premier résultat, et la liaison de l'anticorps entier permet d'obtenir un second résultat.
