Abstract[English] Disclosed are methods and a kit for monitoring disease state of a lung cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer. The methods include determination of methylation status of cell-free DNA, with methylation being representative of tumor burden. The method can also be used to monitor the efficacy of a cancer treatment regime.[French] La présente invention concerne des procédés et un kit destinés au suivi de l'évolution d'un cancer pulmonaire, y compris le cancer pulmonaire non à petites cellules. Ces procédés consistent notamment à déterminer le statut de méthylation de l'ADN acellulaire, la méthylation étant représentative de la charge tumorale. Ce procédé peut également servir au suivi de l'efficacité d'un traitement anticancéreux.
