Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of Paclitaxel. More particularly, the invention provides a green synthetic process for preparation of Paclitaxel from 10-Deacetybaccatin-III (10-DAB), wherein the reactions at various stages does not involve the use of hazardous solvents and reagents or any tedious purification techniques. The present invention also provides Paclitaxel and its intermediates in high yield and purity, eliminating the use of inorganic salts in work-up, thus making the isolation process for the intermediates and product easy.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de préparation du paclitaxel. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse verte pour la préparation du paclitaxel à partir de la 10-désacétylbaccatine III (10-DAB), dans lequel les réactions aux différentes étapes n'impliquent pas l'utilisation de solvants et de réactifs dangereux ni de techniques de purification fastidieuses. La présente invention concerne également le paclitaxel et ses intermédiaires en rendement et en pureté élevés, en éliminant l'utilisation de sels inorganiques lors du traitement en fin de réaction, rendant ainsi le procédé d'isolement des intermédiaires et du produit aisé.
