Example embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to an early configuration message A method comprises receiving, at a terminal apparatus and from a network apparatus, an early configuration message prior to starting a random access channel (RACH) procedure or transitioning to a radio resource control (RRC) idle or inactive state, the early configuration message indicating at least one early configuration; receiving, from the network apparatus, a random access response (RAR) message comprising an indication associated with the at least one early configuration; and determining, based on at least the indication, a target early configuration of the at least one early configuration.[French]
Des exemples de modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un message de configuration précoce. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : recevoir, au niveau d'un appareil terminal et en provenance d'un appareil de réseau, un message de configuration précoce avant de lancer une procédure de canal d'accès aléatoire (RACH) ou de passer à un état inactif ou de veille du contrôle des ressources radio (RRC), le message de configuration précoce indiquant au moins un état de configuration précoce ; la réception, depuis l'appareil de réseau, d'un message de réponse d'accès aléatoire (RAR) comprenant une indication associée à ladite au moins une configuration précoce ; et la détermination, sur la base d'au moins ladite indication, d'une configuration précoce cible parmi ladite au moins une configuration précoce.
