Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to computer-implemented methods for classifying cell neighborhoods in a bone marrow sample obtained from a subject suffering from multiple myeloma (MM) and for defining significant cell neighborhoods in that sample that are associated with treatment outcomes in subjects with MM who receive a T cell-redirecting therapy. Image processing systems that can be used to analyze bone marrow samples and identify cell neighborhoods are also provided. Moreover, methods for predicting a treatment response to a T cell-redirecting therapy in a subject suffering from MM are disclosed.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des procédés mis en œuvre par ordinateur permettant de classifier des voisinages de cellules dans un échantillon de moelle osseuse obtenu auprès d'un sujet souffrant d'un myélome multiple (MM) et de définir des voisinages de cellules significatifs dans cet échantillon, qui sont associés à des résultats de traitement chez des sujets atteints de MM qui reçoivent une thérapie de redirection de lymphocytes T.
