Abstract[English] A dynamic Stand-Alone Power System (SAPS) formation optimization system is developed to facilitate resilience in large utility sites with complex networks connected to multiple substations. The system ensures uninterrupted power to critical loads during substation outages while preventing reverse power flow (RPF). The system intelligently reconfigures the network at the feeder level and optimizes distributed energy resources (DERs). Operating in two phases, it first continuously evaluates how to form SAPS islands by allocating DERs to critical loads under current constraints, proactively preparing for outages and mitigating RPF risks. Once SAPS islands are formed, the system monitors and reassesses their configuration to improve service to critical loads. This adaptive and proactive approach enhances reliability and resilience in power distribution, ensuring essential operations are maintained even during disruptions.[French] L'invention concerne un système d'optimisation de formation de système d'alimentation autonome dynamique (SAPS) développé pour faciliter la résilience dans de grands sites d'utilité avec des réseaux complexes connectés à de multiples sous-stations. Le système assure une alimentation ininterrompue de charges critiques pendant des coupure de sous-station tout en empêchant un flux d'alimentation inverse (RPF). Le système reconfigure de manière intelligente le réseau au niveau du dispositif d'alimentation et optimise des ressources énergétiques distribuées (DER). Fonctionnant en deux phases, il évalue d'abord en continu la manière de former des îlots SAPS en attribuant des DER à des charges critiques selon des contraintes actuelles, en se préparant de manière proactive à des coupures et en atténuant les risques de RPF. Une fois les îlots SAPS formés, le système surveille et réévalue leur configuration pour améliorer le service à des charges critiques. Cette approche adaptative et proactive améliore la fiabilité et la résilience dans la distribution d'alimentation, garantissant le maintien d'opérations essentielles même pendant des perturbations.
