Abstract[English] Electrochemical biosensors are described, such as inverted molecular pendulums (iMP) comprising a charged polymer bound to a receptor and to a redox reporter, wherein the iMP is operationally affixed to an electrode. The electrochemical biosensors are configured to detect analytes, such as analytes present in biological or other fluids. Also described are biosensor devices comprising such biosensors, and methods of using the biosensors and devices to detect the analytes.[French] La présente invention concerne des biocapteurs électrochimiques, tels que des pendules moléculaires inversés (iMP) comprenant un polymère chargé lié à un récepteur et à un rapporteur redox, ledit iMP étant fixé de manière opérationnelle à une électrode.
