Abstract[English]
A soil apparatus (400, 900) comprises a ground engaging component to move through a soil medium (40, 930) in a field and an ion- selective electrode (ISE) sensor assembly (350, 920) attached or integrated with the ground engaging component. The ISE sensor assembly comprises one or more coarse filtration layers or one or more progressively finer filtration layers (810, 811, 820) forming an exterior surface of the ion-selective sensor assembly that incrementally or continuously moves against the soil medium and blocks soil while allowing pore-water to pass through, one or more ion-selective layers (520, 620) to receive the pore-water and allow an ion or a set of ions to pass through as an ionic solution, and a sensor that is configured to measure electrical characteristics of the ionic solution.[French]
