Abstract[English]
An RFID label comprising a carrier layer comprising an antenna, the antenna preferably being laminated on the carrier layer; an RFID chip, preferably disposed over the antenna; and a continuous cushion layer disposed over the antenna and defining an aperture at least partially surrounding the RFID chip. The aperture is configured spaced from the RFID chip. The cushion layer provides damping of mechanical forces applied to the RFID label, preferably from mechanical stress.[French]
L'invention concerne une étiquette RFID comprenant une couche de support comprenant une antenne, l'antenne étant de préférence stratifiée sur la couche de support ; une puce RFID, de préférence disposée sur l'antenne ; et une couche d'amortissement continue disposée sur l'antenne et délimitant une ouverture entourant au moins partiellement la puce RFID. L'ouverture est conçue pour être espacée de la puce RFID. La couche d'amortissement assure un amortissement de forces mécaniques appliquées à l'étiquette RFID, de préférence à partir d'une contrainte mécanique.
