Abstract[English]
A hollow closed-section profile and its production method for architecture and interior decoration, using veneered MDF sheets of at least 2 mm thickness. To provide a specific cross-sectional area of desired shape, solve the heaviness of solid profiles or problems related to wooden section preparation, and deliver a product without need for machining or post-cutting processing, V-shaped milling is applied to said thin MDF sheets such that only the MDF core is milled and the veneer remains uncut. Consequently, the milled sections of the target surface are folded without rupture and perpendicularly to each other to yield a hollow cross-sectional area.[French]
L'invention concerne un profilé creux fermé pour l'architecture et la décoration intérieure et son procédé de production, utilisant des plaques de MDF plaqué d'au moins 2 mm d'épaisseur. Pour fournir une surface de section transversale spécifique de la forme souhaitée, pallier à la lourdeur des profilés pleins ou aux problèmes liés à la préparation de carrelets, et fournir un produit ne nécessitant pas de traitement d'usinage ou de post-découpe, un fraisage en forme de V est appliqué auxdites plaques minces de MDF de telle sorte que seule l'âme en MDF est fraisée tandis que le placage demeure intact. Par conséquent, les parties fraisées de la surface cible sont pliées sans rupture et perpendiculairement les unes aux autres pour produire une surface de section transversale creuse.
