Abstract[English]
A method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE) from a network apparatus, a radio resource control (RRC) configuration message, the RRC configuration message includes information regarding a monitoring condition and filtering a predicted Layer 3 (L3) radio measurement and a real L3 radio measurement by a filter, wherein the information indicates a different coefficient for the predicted L3 radio measurement than for the real L3 radio measurement; filtering the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement based on the different coefficient; and reporting, by the UE to the network apparatus, the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement.[French]
