Abstract[English]
A method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE) from a network apparatus, a radio resource control (RRC) configuration message, the RRC configuration message includes information regarding a first coefficient corresponding to a predicted Layer 3 (L3) radio measurement and a second coefficient corresponding to a real L3 radio measurement; filtering the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement based on the first coefficient and the second coefficient; and reporting, by the UE to the network apparatus, the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement.[French]
