Abstract[English]
A method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE) from a network apparatus, a radio resource control (RRC) configuration message, the RRC configuration message includes information regarding a first coefficient corresponding to a predicted Layer 3 (L3) radio measurement and a second coefficient corresponding to a real L3 radio measurement; filtering the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement based on the first coefficient and the second coefficient; and reporting, by the UE to the network apparatus, the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé comprenant la réception, par un équipement utilisateur (UE) issu d'un appareil de réseau, d'un message de configuration de gestion des ressources radio (RRC), le message de configuration de RRC comprenant des informations concernant un premier coefficient correspondant à une mesure radio de couche 3 (L3) prédite et un second coefficient correspondant à une mesure radio L3 réelle ; le filtrage de la mesure radio L3 prédite et de la mesure radio L3 réelle sur la base du premier coefficient et du second coefficient ; et le rapport, par l'UE, à l'appareil de réseau, de la mesure radio L3 prédite et de la mesure radio L3 réelle.
