Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a method for high yield expression of recombinant fusion proteins and a system thereof. The invention encompasses the development and utilization of a novel expression vector construct that significantly enhances the expression and yield of the protein of interest. The expression vector construct encodes nucleotide sequence fusion protein and other regulatory elements. Further, the expression vector construct provides high expression more than 2 gm/L with desired quality of fusion protein.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé d'expression à haut rendement de protéines de fusion recombinantes et un système associé. L'invention englobe la mise au point et l'utilisation d'une nouvelle construction de vecteur d'expression qui améliore considérablement l'expression et le rendement de la protéine d'intérêt. La construction de vecteur d'expression code une protéine de fusion de séquence nucléotidique et d'autres éléments régulateurs.
