Abstract[English] Provided are molecular hooks that are capable of tethering a protein of interest to a high-density lipoprotein (HDL) molecule. Also provided are methods of intracellular protein delivery to cells and organisms using the molecular hooks of the present disclosure. Such methods provide several advantages including the ability to intracellularly deliver the protein of interest to tissues behind the blood-brain barrier, and not requiring extreme cold temperatures for storage or transport.[French] L'invention concerne des crochets moléculaires qui sont capables de fixer une protéine d'intérêt à une molécule de lipoprotéine de haute densité (HDL).
