Abstract[English]
A method of machine-assisted setting up of a procedure for conduction system pacing in a patient with a heart, comprising: (a) identifying a conduction system location on an image data set of said heart, said image acquired using data collection from outside the heart; and (b) providing machine-assisted guidance of a pacemaker electrode placement to a target location associated with a portion of said conduction system in said heart, said target location suitable for capture of said conduction system by pacing with a pacing pulse from said lead.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé d'établissement assisté par ordinateur d'une procédure de stimulation de système de conduction chez un patient doté d'un cœur, consistant à : (a) identifier un emplacement de système de conduction sur un ensemble de données d'image dudit cœur, ladite image étant acquise en utilisant une collecte de données depuis l'extérieur du cœur ; et (b) appliquer un guidage assisté par ordinateur d'un placement d'électrode de stimulateur cardiaque à un emplacement cible associé à une partie dudit système de conduction dans ledit cœur, ledit emplacement cible étant approprié pour la capture dudit système de conduction par stimulation avec une impulsion de stimulation provenant dudit conducteur.
