Abstract[English]
A combination of a first and second pharmaceutically active agent, wherein the first pharmaceutically active agent is GABA agonist and the second pharmaceutically active agent is a GABA antagonist is disclosed. An oral thin film comprising a combination of pharmaceutically active agent and a permeation enhancer, preferably wherein the pharmaceutically active agent is a benzodiazepine agonist is also disclosed.[French]
L'invention concerne une combinaison d'un premier et d'un second agent pharmaceutiquement actif, le premier agent pharmaceutiquement actif étant un agoniste de GABA et le second agent pharmaceutiquement actif étant un antagoniste de GABA. L'invention concerne également un film mince à administrer par voie orale comprenant une combinaison d'un agent pharmaceutiquement actif et d'un activateur de perméation, l'agent pharmaceutiquement actif étant de préférence un agoniste de benzodiazépine.
