Abstract[English]
Disclosed is an endotracheal tube system having an endotracheal tube and a control system to provide navigational elongated endotracheal tube to facilitate bending into trachea. The elongated endotracheal tube includes a hollow inner diameter wall, an outer diameter wall, plurality of slots, and a bending section. The plurality of slots configured to be form across length of the hollow inner diameter wall and the outer diameter wall. The bending section is configured to reduce amount of force required to bend the hollow inner diameter wall and the outer diameter wall. The control system includes a base plate, plurality of attachment units, plurality of navigational wires runs through at least one slot across length of the elongated endotracheal tube and loops back via the slots at the bending section. The base plate is configured to pull at least one of the plurality of navigational wires to navigate the endotracheal tube.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de tube endotrachéal ayant un tube endotrachéal et un système de commande pour fournir un tube endotrachéal allongé de navigation pour faciliter la flexion dans la trachée.
