Abstract[English] The process of the invention is intended to produce devices of millimetric or sub-millimetric overall size. The device has thin parts or extensions or arms extending outward of the surface of the device body. The device can have the ability to puncture microholes into a biological tissue such as skin. The process comprises the steps of shaping ceramic devices by casting a slurry, containing ceramic material as well as selected additives, into molds. The process steps and parameters and the slurry composition allow for the making of high-quality, high-resistance devices with high shape conformity and low breaking during manufacture and/or during use.[French] Le processus de l'invention est destiné à produire des dispositifs de taille globale millimétrique ou submillimétrique. Le dispositif comporte des parties ou des extensions minces ou des bras s'étendant vers l'extérieur de la surface du corps de dispositif. Le dispositif peut avoir la capacité de percer des micro-trous dans un tissu biologique tel que la peau. Le processus comprend une étape de mise en forme de dispositifs céramiques par coulée, dans des moules, d'une suspension contenant un matériau céramique ainsi que des additifs sélectionnés. Les étapes et paramètres du processus et la composition de suspension permettent la fabrication de dispositifs à haute qualité, très résistants, présentant une grande conformité de forme et un faible taux de rupture lors de la fabrication et/ou de l'utilisation.
