Abstract[English]
A method includes providing, by a user equipment, information to an access node about a capability of the user equipment to support a hybrid antenna port configuration comprising uniform antenna ports and non-uniform antenna ports; receiving, by the user equipment from the access node, information indicative of a first uplink reference signal configuration associated with the non-uniform antenna ports and a second uplink reference signal configuration associated with the uniform antenna ports; and transmitting, to the access node by the user equipment, at least one of a first set of uplink reference signals based on the first uplink reference signal configuration associated with the non-uniform antenna ports or a second set of uplink reference signals based on the second uplink reference signal configuration associated with the uniform antenna ports.[French]
