The invention generally relates to crystalline forms of the CDK2 inhibitor 2'-((3-ethoxy-1H-pyrazol- 4-yl)amino)-7'-((1R,3R)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl)spiro[cyclopropane-1,5'-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin]- 6'(7'H)-one or a salt and/or solvate thereof, the synthesis thereof, as well as methods of using the forms in the treatment of cancer.[French]
L'invention concerne de manière générale des formes cristallines de l'inhibiteur de CDK2 2'-((3-éthoxy-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)amino)-7'-((1R,3R)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl)spiro[cyclopropane-1,5'-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin]-6'(7'H)-one ou d'un sel et/ou solvate de celui-ci, la synthèse du composé, ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation de ces formes dans le traitement du cancer.
