Abstract[English] Provided herein are methods of detecting, diagnosing, classifying and/or monitoring cancer in a subject by isolating and enriching cell-free, chromatin-associated DNA and performing quantitative PCR (qPCR) to detect one or more nucleotide sequences associated with the presence of cancer. Also provided are methods of detecting, diagnosing, classifying and/or monitoring bladder cancer using specific gene regulatory regions and associated genes disclosed herein.
