Abstract[English]
Provided herein are methods of detecting, diagnosing, classifying and/or monitoring cancer in a subject by isolating and enriching cell-free, chromatin-associated DNA and performing quantitative PCR (qPCR) to detect one or more nucleotide sequences associated with the presence of cancer. Also provided are methods of detecting, diagnosing, classifying and/or monitoring bladder cancer using specific gene regulatory regions and associated genes disclosed herein. Kits or devices implementing the same are also provided.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés de détection, de diagnostic, de classification et/ou de surveillance du cancer chez un sujet par isolement et enrichissement de l'ADN acellulaire associé à la chromatine, et par réalisation d'une PCR quantitative (qPCR) pour détecter une ou plusieurs séquences nucléotidiques associées à la présence d'un cancer.
