Abstract[English]
A soil collector including: a first frame configured to attach to a vehicle, wherein the vehicle has a forward direction of travel; a second frame configured to translate on the first frame perpendicular to the direction of travel; an actuator connected to the first frame and the second frame and configured to translate the second frame on the first frame; a motor disposed on the second frame; a coulter connected to the second frame and disposed perpendicular to the direction of travel and in mechanical communication with the motor; and a collection container disposed adjacent to the coulter for collecting soil from the coulter. Also, a method of collecting soil from a field including: moving a vehicle having the soil collector to a location in a field; translating the coulter across a plurality of lanes; and collecting soil from the plurality of lanes.[French]
L'invention concerne un collecteur de terre comprenant : un premier cadre configuré pour se fixer à un véhicule, le véhicule ayant une direction de déplacement vers l'avant ; un second cadre configuré pour se déplacer sur le premier cadre perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement ; un actionneur relié au premier cadre et au second cadre et configuré pour déplacer le second cadre sur le premier cadre ; un moteur disposé sur le second cadre ; un coutre relié au second cadre et disposé perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement et en communication mécanique avec le moteur ; et un récipient de collecte disposé à proximité du coutre pour collecter la terre provenant du coutre. L'invention concerne également un procédé de collecte de terre dans un champ comprenant : le déplacement d'un véhicule équipé du collecteur de terre vers un emplacement dans un champ ; le déplacement du coutre à travers une pluralité de voies ; et la collecte de terre à partir de la pluralité de voies.
