Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides lipid nanoparticles that are beneficially effective in the targeting of hepatic stellate cells with enhanced specificity. The lipid nanoparticles include five lipid components, including a permanently charged cationic lipid that is a quaternary ammonium lipid. The disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions and methods including the provided lipid nanoparticles.[French]
