Provided is a transdermal drug delivery system comprising tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Transdermal delivery can provide a drug plasma concentration at predetermined rate for a predetermined period of time with a simplified therapeutic regimen by decreasing dosing frequency for the treatment and/or prevention of pain and/or inflammation.[French]
L'invention concerne un système d'administration transdermique de médicament comprenant du tétrahydrocannabinol (THC). L'administration transdermique peut fournir une concentration plasmatique de médicament à une vitesse prédéterminée pendant une durée prédéterminée avec un régime thérapeutique simplifié par diminution de la fréquence de dosage pour le traitement et/ou la prévention de la douleur et/ou de l'inflammation.
