Abstract[English]
A drain gate assembly (100) comprise of a housing (102) defining a first passage (206) between a first opening (202) and a second opening (204), and a second passage (208) exposed to the first passage (206). A gate plate (104) is accommodated within the housing (102). The first passage (206) receives material through the first opening (202) and allows the material to exit the first passage (206) through the second opening (204). The gate plate (104) operably moves between a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position, the gate plate (104) obstructs the first passage (206), and in the second position, the gate plate (104) opens the first passage (206). The gate plate (104) is operable to travel within the first passage (206) and the second passage (208) to move along a path between the first position and the second position.[French]
