Abstract[English]
Systems and methods for displaying flow index values on a user interface. An example method may include receiving medical images imaging a portion of a vasculature of a subject, with the portion of the vasculature including vessels; producing, by automatic processing of the medical images, a three-dimensional vascular model of the portion of the vasculature comprising the one or more vessels based on the medical images; calculating flow index values quantifying vascular function along each of the one or more vessels based on the three-dimensional vascular model; displaying a representation of the three-dimensional vascular model comprising the one or more vessels; and for a designated vessel of the one or more vessels, simultaneously displaying the flow value index for a designated location of the designated vessel along with the flow value index for a predetermined distal location along a length of the designated vessel.[French]
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés d'affichage de valeurs d'indice de débit sur une interface utilisateur. Un procédé donné à titre d'exemple peut consister à recevoir des images médicales imageant une partie d'un système vasculaire d'un sujet, la partie du système vasculaire comprenant des vaisseaux; à produire, par traitement automatique des images médicales, un modèle vasculaire tridimensionnel de la partie du système vasculaire comprenant lesdits un ou plusieurs vaisseaux sur la base des images médicales; à calculer des valeurs d'indice de débit quantifiant la fonction vasculaire le long de chacun desdits un ou plusieurs vaisseaux sur la base du modèle vasculaire tridimensionnel; à afficher une représentation du modèle vasculaire tridimensionnel comprenant lesdits un ou plusieurs vaisseaux; et pour un vaisseau désigné desdits un ou plusieurs vaisseaux, à afficher simultanément l'indice de valeur de débit pour un emplacement désigné du vaisseau désigné conjointement avec l'indice de valeur de débit pour un emplacement distal prédéterminé le long d'une longueur du vaisseau désigné.
