Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides a method for in vivo liver regeneration in a subject in need thereof, comprising: administering to the subject a compound of formula (I): (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a co-crystal thereof. The present disclosure also provides a method for ex vivo liver regeneration, comprising: applying to an ex vivo liver graft the compound of formula (I), or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or the co- crystal thereof. The present disclosure also provides a method of treating a liver disorder for a subject in need thereof, comprising: administering to the subject a therapeutically effective dose of a compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a cocrystal thereof. The present disclosure also provides a dihydrochloride salt form of the compound of formula (I). The present disclosure also provides a co-crystal including the dihydrochloride salt form of the compound of formula (I) and a co-crystal former selected from succinic acid and adipic acid.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé de régénération hépatique in vivo chez un sujet en ayant besoin, comprenant : l'administration au sujet d'un composé de formule (I) : (I), ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable ou un co-cristal de celui-ci. La présente divulgation concerne également un procédé de régénération hépatique ex vivo, comprenant : l'application à un greffon hépatique ex vivo du composé de formule (I), ou du sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable ou du co-cristal de celui-ci. La présente divulgation concerne également une méthode de traitement d'un trouble hépatique pour un sujet en ayant besoin, comprenant : l'administration au sujet d'une dose thérapeutiquement efficace d'un composé de formule (I), ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable ou d'un co-cristal de celui-ci. La présente divulgation concerne en outre une forme de sel de dichlorhydrate du composé de formule (I). La présente divulgation concerne par ailleurs un co-cristal comprenant la forme de sel de dichlorhydrate du composé de formule (I) et un agent de formation de co-cristal choisi parmi l'acide succinique et l'acide adipique.
