Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method of securing a pipe end section of an unbonded flexible pipe (1) to an end-fitting (8) comprising an inner casing (7). The method comprises applying a fixation ring (11) to cover an end region of pressure armor (4) of the pipe end section, the fixation ring having one or more fixation ring recesses. A locking collar (12) is applied to surround the pressure armor (4), and a support collar (13) is applied adjacent to the fixation ring. The locking collar (12) is moved to cover at least a part of said fixation ring (11) and at least a part of said support collar (13) so that the support collar (13) is engaged with the fixation ring (11) and the inner casing collar (9), respectively, at opposite end surfaces of the support collar (13). The locking collar (12) is anchored to said inner casing collar (9). The invention further relates to an unbonded flexible pipe assembly.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de fixation d'une section d'extrémité de tuyau d'un tuyau flexible non collé (1) à un raccord d'extrémité (8) comprenant un boîtier interne (7). Le procédé consiste à appliquer une bague de fixation (11) pour recouvrir une région d'extrémité d'une armure de résistance à la pression (4) de la section d'extrémité de tuyau, la bague de fixation comportant un ou plusieurs évidements de bague de fixation. Un collier de verrouillage (12) est appliqué pour entourer l'armure de résistance à la pression (4), et un collier de support (13) est appliqué de manière adjacente à la bague de fixation. Le collier de verrouillage (12) est déplacé pour recouvrir au moins une partie de ladite bague de fixation (11) et au moins une partie dudit collier de support (13) de telle sorte que le collier de support (13) est en prise avec la bague de fixation (11) et le collier de boîtier interne (9), respectivement, au niveau de surfaces d'extrémité opposées du collier de support (13).
