Abstract[English]
A medical system for generating and displaying information indicative of disease in a blood vessel includes a controller and a display. The controller is configured to generate and display on the display, a graph including a trace indicative of a pressure ratio between a distal and an aortic blood pressure over time. The controller is configured to identify a first region and a second region of the trace during which the pressure ratio is substantially constant over a first period and second period of time, respectively and calculate a difference between the pressure ratio at the first and second regions. The controller controls the display to display the graph, a first indicator indicating the first region, a second indicator indicating the second region, and an indication of the calculated difference between the pressure ratio at the second region and the pressure ratio at the first region of the trace.[French]
L'invention concerne un système médical de génération et d'affichage d'informations indiquant une maladie dans un vaisseau sanguin comprenant un dispositif de commande et une unité d'affichage. Le dispositif de commande est configuré pour générer et afficher, sur l'unité d'affichage, un graphique comprenant une trace indiquant un rapport de pression entre une tension artérielle distale et une tension artérielle aortique en fonction du temps.
