Abstract[English]
Genetically engineered alphavirus constructs (e.g., Mayaro virus) attenuated in normal human by increasing CpG dinucleotides frequency and its oncolytic potential against lung and pancreatic cancer. The modified virus may also be used as a live attenuated vaccine against MAYV.[French]
L'invention concerne des constructions d'alphavirus génétiquement modifiées (par exemple, virus Mayaro) atténuées chez un être humain normal par augmentation de la fréquence de dinucléotides CpG et de son potentiel oncolytique contre le cancer du poumon et du pancréas. Le virus modifié peut également être utilisé en tant que vaccin vivant atténué contre MAYV.
