Abstract[English]
Provided herein is a method of isolating fetal cells from a sample from a pregnant subject. The method utilizes magnetic particles conjugated to anti-EGFR and anti-HER2 antibodies to create an enriched sample and then labeled antibodies for fetal cell markers to isolate different fetal cell types in the sample from the pregnant subject. Said isolated fetal cells can then be analyzed via gene sequencing or genomic or genetic analysis.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé d'isolement de cellules fœtales à partir d'un échantillon prélevé sur un sujet enceinte. Le procédé utilise des particules magnétiques conjuguées à des anticorps anti-EGFR et anti-HER2 pour créer un échantillon enrichi, puis des anticorps marqués pour que les marqueurs de cellules fœtales isolent différents types de cellules fœtales dans l'échantillon prélevé sur le sujet enceinte. Lesdites cellules fœtales isolées peuvent ensuite être analysées par séquençage génique ou par analyse génomique ou génétique.
