Abstract[English] The present disclosure provides methods for improving the differentiation potency using simulated microgravity. The improvement in differentiation is relative to stem cells that are cultured at 1 g (i.e., at Earth's gravity). In various examples, the improvement is at least 2x better than cultures relative to stem cells that are cultured at 1 g. Also disclosed are methods of differentiating cells cultured by the methods described herein.[French] La présente divulgation concerne des procédés pour améliorer la puissance de différenciation à l'aide d'une microgravité simulée. L'amélioration de la différenciation est relative à des cellules souches cultivées à 1 g (c'est-à-dire à la gravité terrestre).
