Techniques for user identity privacy protection in a communication network environment are disclosed. For example, a method includes obtaining, at the user equipment, a user identifier for a user of the user equipment, wherein the user is one or more users associated with a subscription for the user equipment. The method includes securing, by the user equipment, the user identifier and a subscription identifier for the subscription. The method includes sending, from the user equipment, the secured user identifier and subscription identifier in a request to a communication network.[French]
L'invention concerne des techniques de protection de la confidentialité d'identité d'utilisateur dans un environnement de réseau de communication. Par exemple, un procédé consiste à obtenir, au niveau de l'équipement utilisateur, un identifiant utilisateur pour un utilisateur de l'équipement utilisateur, l'utilisateur étant un ou plusieurs utilisateurs associés à un abonnement pour l'équipement utilisateur.
