Abstract[English] Described are agonistic IL-15 complexes for use in methods of treating diseases, such as solid tumors, in a human subject. The IL-15 complex contains an IL-15 and a fusion protein having an IL-15 receptor α sushi domain fused to an Fc monomer. The treatment results in an effective treatment of the diseases, without inducing treatment related serious adverse event.[French] L'invention concerne des complexes agonistes d'IL-15 destinés à être utilisés dans des méthodes de traitement de maladies, telles que des tumeurs solides, chez un sujet humain. Le complexe d'IL-15 contient une IL-15 et une protéine de fusion ayant un domaine alpha sushi du récepteur IL-15 fusionné à un monomère Fc.
