Abstract[English]
Described are agonistic IL-15 complexes for use in methods of treating diseases, such as solid tumors, in a human subject. The IL-15 complex contains an IL-15 and a fusion protein having an IL-15 receptor α sushi domain fused to an Fc monomer. The treatment results in an effective treatment of the diseases, without inducing treatment related serious adverse event.[French]
