Abstract[English]
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a solution for measurement offloading In one aspect, based on a state transition from a first state to a second state, a terminal device evaluates, based on at least one measurement performed in the first state, whether at least one condition for applying measurement offloading from a first type of radio to a second type of radio is satisfied. Based on determining that the at least one condition is satisfied, the terminal device applies the measurement offloading based on entering the second state. Therefore, the power consumption of the terminal device is reduced.[French]
Des modes de réalisation de la présente divulgation concernent une solution de délestage de mesure. Selon un aspect, sur la base d'une transition d'état d'un premier état à un second état, un dispositif terminal évalue, en fonction d'au moins une mesure effectuée dans le premier état, si au moins une condition pour appliquer un délestage de mesure d'un premier type de radio à un second type de radio est satisfaite. En fonction de la détermination du fait que la ou les conditions sont satisfaites, le dispositif terminal applique le délestage de mesure sur la base de l'entrée dans le second état. Par conséquent, la consommation d'énergie du dispositif terminal est réduite.
