Abstract[English]
The invention provides oral cyclodextrin inclusion complex formulations in which inclusion complexes of borneol and trans-cinnamaldehyde are provided together with nattokinase and with an enzyme having a cyclodextrin-degrading activity capable of digesting cyclodextrins, so that upon delivery of the formulation to a target tissue the CD- degrading enzyme is activated and releases the borneol and trans-cinnamaldehyde from the cyclodextrins. These cyclodextrin inclusion complex formulations may be used for treating atheromatous plaque and related diseases.[French]
L'invention concerne des formulations de complexes d'inclusion de cyclodextrine orale dans lesquelles des complexes d'inclusion de bornéol et de trans-cinnamaldéhyde sont fournis conjointement avec de la nattokinase et avec une enzyme ayant une activité de dégradation de cyclodextrine capable de digérer des cyclodextrines, de telle sorte que, lors de l'administration de la formulation à un tissu cible, l'enzyme de dégradation de CD est activée et libère le bornéol et le trans-cinnamaldéhyde à partir des cyclodextrines. Ces formulations de complexes d'inclusion de cyclodextrine peuvent être utilisées pour traiter une plaque athéromateuse et des maladies associées.
