Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a CD47-SIRPα blocking agent of formula (I) stereoisomers thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, amides and esters of the compound of formula (I) and stereoisomer thereof and Azacitidine for use in combination with Azacitidine in a method of treating or delaying progression of a disease or a disorder mediated by CD47-SIRPα pathway in a human subject suffering from said disease, such as hematological cancer.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un agent bloquant CD47-SIRPα de formule (I), des stéréoisomères de celui-ci, et des sels, solvates, amides et esters pharmaceutiquement acceptables du composé de formule (I) et un stéréoisomère de celui-ci et de l'azacitidine destinés à être utilisés en combinaison avec de l'azacitidine dans un procédé de traitement ou de retardement de la progression d'une maladie ou d'un trouble médié par la voie CD47-SIRPα chez un sujet humain atteint de ladite maladie, tel qu'un cancer hématologique.
