Abstract[English]
The invention provides oral cyclodextrin inclusion complex formulations in which inclusion complexes of oleuropein, humulene and trans-cinnamaldehyde are provided together with enzyme having a cyclodextrin-degrading activity capable of digesting cyclodextrins, so that upon delivery of the formulation to a target tissue the enzyme is activated and releases the oleuropein, humulene and trans-cinnamaldehyde from the cyclodextrins. These cyclodextrin inclusion complex formulations may be used for facilitating blood glucose homeostasis.[French]
L'invention concerne des formulations orales de complexe d'inclusion de cyclodextrine dans lesquelles des complexes d'inclusion d'oleuropéine, d'humulène et de trans-cinnamaldéhyde sont utilisés conjointement avec une enzyme ayant une activité de dégradation de cyclodextrine capable de digérer des cyclodextrines, de telle sorte que, lors de l'administration de la formulation à un tissu cible, l'enzyme est activée et libère l'oleuropéine, l'humulène et le trans-cinnamaldéhyde à partir des cyclodextrines. Ces formulations de complexes d'inclusion de cyclodextrine peuvent être utilisées pour permettre l'homéostasie du glucose sanguin.
