Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to methods of separating solids from liquids, and more particularly to a method of separating solids from liquids in the purification of biological materials, such as recombinant proteins and/or plasma proteins. The present disclosure also relates to a filtration system for solid-liquid separation of a feed suspension (310) comprising a solid suspended in a filtrate (320), where at least one of the filtrate and the solid comprise a protein-of-interest.[French]
