Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to novel heterocyclic compounds of formula (I) as inhibitors of PARG, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, stereoisomers, solvates, polymorphs, tautomers, atropisomers, optical and geometric isomers, prodrugs, deuterated including other possible isotopes, combinations and use thereof in treating cancer. La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés hétérocycliques de formule (I) en tant qu'inhibiteurs de PARG, leurs sels, stéréoisomères, solvates, polymorphes, tautomères, atropisomères, isomères optiques et géométriques, promédicaments, composés deutérés comprenant d'autres isotopes possibles, des combinaisons et leur utilisation dans le traitement du cancer.
