L'invention concerne un appareil qui est configuré pour : déterminer un décalage d'affaiblissement de trajet associé à au moins un état d'indicateur de configuration de transmission ; déterminer un affaiblissement de trajet en se basant au moins partiellement sur : un affaiblissement de trajet de liaison descendante, et le décalage d'affaiblissement de trajet ; et générer un rapport de marge de puissance en se basant au moins partiellement sur l'affaiblissement de trajet déterminé.
