L'invention concerne un appareil qui est configuré pour : déterminer un décalage de perte de trajet associé à au moins un état d'indicateur de configuration de transmission ; déterminer une perte de trajet sur la base, au moins partiellement : d'une perte de trajet de liaison descendante, et du décalage de perte de puissance ; et générer un rapport de marge de puissance sur la base, au moins partiellement, de la perte de puissance déterminée.
