Abstract[English]
An alignment system (10) and method for enabling fast and accurate alignment of singulated workpieces using an actuation tool (22) which is capable of selective engagement with at least a portion of individual tooling towers (14), the individual tooling towers (14) being selectively lockable relative to the actuation tool (22). Advantageously the individual tooling towers (14) are also selectively lockable relative to a base (12) of the alignment system (10), so that successive individual tooling towers (14) may be aligned by the actuation tool (22) in a stepwise manner.[French]
L'invention concerne un système d'alignement (10) et un procédé pour permettre un alignement rapide et précis de pièces séparées à l'aide d'un outil d'actionnement (22) qui est apte à venir en prise sélective avec au moins une partie de tours d'outillage individuelles (14), les tours d'outillage individuelles (14) pouvant être verrouillées sélectivement par rapport à l'outil d'actionnement (22). Avantageusement, les tours d'outillage individuelles (14) peuvent également être verrouillées de manière sélective par rapport à une base (12) du système d'alignement (10), de telle sorte que des tours d'outillage individuelles (14) successives peuvent être alignées par l'outil d'actionnement (22) de manière progressive.
