Abstract[English]
A material elevator includes a continuous belt and a plurality of buckets secured to the continuous belt. Each bucket of the plurality of buckets includes a container portion defining a trough, a first side panel attached to and bounding a first lateral side of the container portion, and a second side panel attached to and bounding a second lateral side of the container portion. When the bucket is oriented on a portion of the continuous belt configured to travel upward within the material elevator, bottom edges of the first side panel and the second side panel are vertically lower than a lowermost portion of the container portion.[French]
