Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to system and method for configuring control devices using Piping and Instrumentation Diagram(P&ID). The method comprises of importing P&ID file; digitizing P&ID file; digitizing P&ID file comprises: identifying using Artificial Intelligence model, one or more symbols in P&ID file, indicating one or more Input-Output (I/O) devices, identifying one or more texts associated with one or more symbols by comparing coordinates of one or more texts with coordinates of one or more symbols, identifying one or more connections between one or more symbols using graph search, generating an I/O-list comprising of one or more I/O-devices based on identified one or more symbols, identified one or more texts and identified one or more connections; and generating recommendation list comprising one or more control devices to add to P&ID file to arrive at functionality achieved by configuration of I/O-devices in P&ID file, based on I/O-list.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un système et un procédé de configuration de dispositifs de commande à l'aide d'un schéma de tuyauterie et d'instrumentation (P&ID). Le procédé consiste à importer un fichier P&ID ; à numériser le fichier P&ID ; la numérisation du fichier P&ID consistant à : identifier, à l'aide d'un modèle d'intelligence artificielle, un ou plusieurs symboles dans le fichier P&ID, indiquant un ou plusieurs dispositifs d'entrée/de sortie (E/S), identifier un ou plusieurs textes associés à un ou à plusieurs symboles par comparaison de coordonnées d'un ou de plusieurs textes avec des coordonnées d'un ou de plusieurs symboles, identifier une ou plusieurs connexions entre un ou plusieurs symboles à l'aide d'une recherche en graphe, générer une liste E/S comprenant un ou plusieurs dispositifs E/S sur la base d'un ou de plusieurs symboles identifiés, d'un ou de plusieurs textes identifiés et d'une ou de plusieurs connexions identifiées ; et générer une liste de recommandations comprenant un ou plusieurs dispositifs de commande à ajouter au fichier P&ID afin d'obtenir une fonctionnalité obtenue par configuration des dispositifs E/S dans le fichier P&ID, sur la base de la liste E/S.
