Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a WRN inhibitor for use in the treatment of cancer, in particular microsatellite instability-high (MSI- H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) cancer, wherein the treatment further comprises administration of: A. an ionising radiation-based therapy selected from: i) external beam radiation, ii) brachytherapy and Hi) a radiopharmaceutical, or B. carboplatin and paclitaxel; The WRN inhibitor is a compound of formula (1g) or compound C : Formula (C).[French]
