Abstract[English] New crosslinked hyaluronic acid gels are provided and use of same as canalicular occlusive devices and to treat dry eye disease. In one aspect, a composition for ocular administration is provided comprising a therapeutically effective amount of 1) crosslinked hyaluronic acid and 2) uncrosslinked hyaluronic acid, wherein the composition has i) a cohesivity value of at least 3 mg according to the drop weight method and ii) a G' elastic modulus of less than 400 Pa.[French] L'invention concerne de nouveaux gels d'acide hyaluronique réticulé et leur utilisation en tant que dispositifs occlusifs canaliculaires et pour traiter une maladie de l'oeil sec. Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne une composition pour administration oculaire comprenant une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace de 1) de l'acide hyaluronique réticulé et 2) de l'acide hyaluronique non réticulé, la composition ayant i) une valeur de cohésion d'au moins 3 mg selon le procédé stalagmométrique et ii) un module d'élasticité G' inférieur à 400 Pa.
