Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a programmable logic device test method, a cloud gateway device test method, and a programmable logic device test apparatus. The programmable logic device test method is applied to a simulation platform, and comprises: determining at least two test cases corresponding to a programmable logic device; separately carrying out a simulation test with respect to the at least two test cases, so as to obtain case simulation information respectively corresponding to the at least two test cases; determining first function items respectively corresponding to the at least two test cases, and according to a function point combination strategy, combining function points to be tested, so as to obtain at least two second function items; and respectively matching at least two first function items with the at least two second function items, and generating function test information of the programmable logic device on the basis of a matching result and each piece of case simulation information.[French]
