There is provided a first apparatus comprising means for: receiving, from at least one transmission reception point, at least one indication to switch at least one transmission configuration indicator state; based on the received at least one indication, switching the at least one transmission configuration indicator state; and sending, to the at least one transmission reception point, at least one indication that the first apparatus has switched the at least one transmission configuration indicator state and is available to be scheduled for one or more uplink and/or downlink transmissions based on the switched at least one transmission configuration indicator state.[French]
